What are the terms for special orders?
Special and customized orders require a 50% advance payment before production begins. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days. We do not offer returns or refunds.
Can customized items be exchanged or returned?
Customized or specially remade items cannot be exchanged or returned.
