At Emilia, we want you to love every piece you receive.
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchange values for new pieces are calculated according to the gold price on the date of exchange.
In case of item returns accepted under special circumstances, the value is calculated based on the gold value only, excluding labor/workmanship fees, according to the gold price on the return date.
Note: Customized or specially remade items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Customers are welcome to inspect their order upon delivery before payment to ensure complete satisfaction.
If your order arrives damaged or there is any issue with your item, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3 business days. Out-of-stock items can be ordered and delivered within approximately 10 business days.
Can I check my order before payment?
Yes. Customers are welcome to inspect their order upon delivery before payment.
Do you offer customization?
Yes. We offer customization and special orders for selected designs. Feel free to contact us through WhatsApp or Instagram for details.
What are the terms for special orders?
Special and customized orders require a 50% advance payment before production begins. The remaining balance is paid upon delivery.
